With a factory floor area of over 24,000 square foot we have ample storage and manufacturing capacity to meet our customers needs.

The yarn is carefully threaded onto all the machines and a mixture of fibres allow us to produce a range of cottons and manmade stockinette variations in count and colour.

Step 3 - Machines

We have over 20 knitting machines capable of working 24 hours is required.

 

Step 4 - Weighed

Weighed

All stockinette material is weighed and transferred into deckers for holding.

 

Step 5 - Stored in Deckers

The stockinette material is stored waiting to be rolled or cut into lengths.

 

Step 6 - Rolling Machine

Stockinette is rolled to meet customers requirements.

Some customers prefer to use cut lengths of stockinette, we also have this facility available.

Step 8 - Bagged and Sealed

The stockinette is sealed into bags and stored ready for dispatch to customers via our free delivery service.
